I’m a clinical psychologist offering evidence-based psychological support to help you improve your mental health and overall well-being. I work with adults and provide therapy in English, Polish, and Spanish.

I support individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, phobias, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, grief and loss, stress, parenting concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation and expression.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs — creating a safe space where you can better understand yourself, develop new tools, and move toward meaningful change.

About Me

My journey in psychology has evolved over the past two decades, shaped by a deep commitment to understanding the human mind and supporting individuals through emotional and psychological challenges.

I hold an MA in Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Spanish Association of Cognitive Behavioral Clinical Psychology in Barcelona, and a PhD in Medical Sciences from the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw. I have also completed numerous professional development courses, many of them through the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.

Currently, I am an accredited clinical psychologist in Belgium, working in private practice with adults from diverse backgrounds. I offer therapy in English, Polish, and Spanish.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. I tailor each intervention to the individual needs and goals of my clients, drawing from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Schema Therapy. I aim to foster a collaborative, respectful, and supportive environment where meaningful change can occur.

Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, identity concerns, or interpersonal difficulties, I strive to help them gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Approach to Therapy

I begin by collaboratively developing a shared understanding of the problem in a supportive and respectful manner. From there, we identify personalised therapy goals and select appropriate interventions—primarily drawing from both traditional and “third-wave” cognitive-behavioural approaches, such as mindfulness-based CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Sessions may also incorporate elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to facilitate practical, collaborative problem-solving. When relevant, we explore past experiences and underlying patterns using Schema Therapy.

The therapeutic process is active and participatory. Sessions are often complemented by personal work between meetings to reinforce self-awareness and support lasting change.

What Makes Therapy Successful?

CBT is an evidence-based approach, supported by extensive research and proven clinical effectiveness.

Therapy tends to be most successful when it is a collaborative process. Regular attendance, active participation, and engagement with tasks between sessions all contribute to progress. Openness, self-reflection, and a willingness to try new approaches are key to making therapy effective.
